  • 60 g raw sugar
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 25 g cornflour
  • 2 eggs

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill chilli and sugar for 15 seconds on speed 9. Scrape down.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook for 8 minutes at 90˚C on speed 3.

    Serve immediately once cooked.

Tip

Chilli powder can be substituted for the fresh chilli. I found about 1/2 tsp worked well.

About 2 tabs of cocoa powder can be added, either instead off, or as well as, the dark chocolate depending on how much of a chocolate hit you are looking for. I find it delicious with just the cocoa powder.
