Choc Coconut Protein Balls

  • 70 grams raw cashews
  • 15 piece pitted dates, Whole
  • 30 grams dessicated coconut
  • 17 grams coconut oil
  • 15 grams cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 20 gram water
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder, I use chocolate whey protein
  • --- dessicated coconut, Extra for coating balls (optional)

      Recipe is created for

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to mixing bowl except protein powder then mix 10 seconds/speed 8
  2. Scrape down sides of bowl with spatula, add protein powder and mix for a further 6 seconds/speed 5
  3. Roll into balls and cover with extra coconut, store in fridge for up to 1 week.
