If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add milk, brown sugar, glucose syrup and butter to bowl
Cook 100o 8 minutes speed 3-4
Scrape down sides
cook 115o 20 minutes speed 3-4
Ensuring no moisture gets in bowl add broken chocolate reverse speed 2 20 seconds, remove bowl and stir in roughly broken peppermint crisp bars reserving approx 1/3 of a bar to sprinkle on top. Pour into lined slice tray, working quickly, roughly smooth top and sprinkle with reserved peppermint crisp, leave in a flat place to set for at least an hour before refrigerating. ENJOY
