- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 250 g brown sugar
- 25 g glucose syrup
- 125 g Butter
- 200 g milk chocolate, broken into small pieces
- 2 --- Peppermint Crisps, roughly broken

Add milk, brown sugar, glucose syrup and butter to bowl
Cook 100o 8 minutes speed 3-4
Scrape down sides
cook 115o 20 minutes speed 3-4
Ensuring no moisture gets in bowl add broken chocolate reverse speed 2 20 seconds, remove bowl and stir in roughly broken peppermint crisp bars reserving approx 1/3 of a bar to sprinkle on top. Pour into lined slice tray, working quickly, roughly smooth top and sprinkle with reserved peppermint crisp, leave in a flat place to set for at least an hour before refrigerating. ENJOY
Wipe MC and lid with a bamboo teatowel after 20 minute cooking time to ensure no water gets in with the chocolate
