Recipe's preparation
Mill Peppermint Crisp bar and sugar for 10 seconds / speed 9.
Add remaining ingredients, after scraping down bowl, and cook for 7 minutes / 90 degrees / speed 4.
Serve garnished with extra Peppermint Crisp.

So good! I wanted to use it to make a custard tart so I added an extra peppermint crisp for a stronger flavour, increased the eggs to 4 and the cornflour to 50g. When I had filled my tart case I added some milk and ice to the bowl and blitzed it and had a yummy milkshake. Thanks for a great recipe
