Chocolate Almond Thins

Ingredients

  • 200 g Dark cooking chocolate
  • 70 g almonds, raw

Recipe's preparation

    The mix
  1. Break chocolate into pieces

    Put into Thermomix

    10 seconds, speed 9

    Add almonds

    5 seconds, speed 6

    3 minutes, 50 degrees C, speed 1

     

  2. Forming the thins
  3. Line baking tray with baking paper

    Pour in melted mix

    Place second piece of baking paper on top of the mix

    Roll as thinly as possible

    Cool in the fridge for 30 minutes

    Remove baking paper

    Break into pieces

    Enjoy!

Tip

Add a few drops of peppermint essence for a minty taste!
