Chocolate brownies

  • 150 grams Butter
  • 220 grams caster sugar
  • 75 grams cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 75 grams plain flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven 160 degrees
    Grease square tin and line with baking paper
    place cubed butter into thermo with sugar and cocoa.

    cook 3m, 65, #2
    cook further 1 min if butter isn't melted.
    Add vanilla, flour and eggs. Combine 10s, #4
    scrape sides and mix again 10s, #4
    Pour into tin and bake on a slightly lower setting for 30-35 mins. Do not over cook or else you will not get a gooey centre.

    cool completely in tin to help set the brownie.
    Freezer friendly.
