  • 350 grams milk chocolate bar
  • 1 can Condensed milk 400g
  • 25 grams Butter
  • 100 grams Crown Mints (peppermints)

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    chocolate mint fudge

  1. Crush mints 12 seconds speed 3.5 till broken into small pieces set a side.

    add broken chocolate, condensed milk and butter into bowl.

    Cook 100deg 10minutes speed 3 without TMcup

    scrape sides ,Add crushed mints at speed 3 for 10 seconds till mixed.

    Pour into lined rectangler tin.

    Leave to cool then refridgerate or freeze

    Once set cut into small bite size peices

    Enjoy

Tip

If the mints are not very strong you can either use more or add a few drops of peppermint essence
