  • 1/2 395 grams Tin condensed Milk
  • 200 grams Shortbread Biscuits, Broken
  • 160 grams Peppermint Crisp Bars, Chopped

Recipe's preparation

  1. Crush biscuits and Peppermint crisp bars 3 seconds/speed 6. Set aside in a bowl with the marshmallows.

  2. Put butter, milk chocolate and condensed milk into TM bowl and melt 4 minutes/50°C/speed 3. It is quite thick but after this time it is done.

  3. Line standard slice tin with baking paper, set aside.

  4. Combine the biscuit mixture with chocolate mixture 30 seconds/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 4.

  5. Pour into slice tin and place in the fridge until set.
