Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 8 tablespoons cornflour
  • 240 grams raw sugar
  • 1.6 litres full cream milk

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation
  1. 1. Put 600 grams of milk into TM bowl along with all the dry ingredients

    2. mix for 1 min spd 3. Put aside in a jug or bowl.

    3. Heat remaining milk 10 mins/90 Degrees/ spd 3.

    4. Continue heating milk 90 degrees/ spd 3. Remove MC and slowly pour chocolate mixture into TM bowl.

    5. Heat for a further 10 mins/90 degrees/spd 3. You will notice the mixture will thicken a little towards the end.

    6. Pour into a bowl that you can place cling wrap over securely. The plastic wrap must touch the surface of the YoGo with no air trapped underneath otherwise a skin will form.

    7. Place in fridge overnight.

Tip

I use 200 mls plastic party cups filled to the top with cling wrap over the top. That way the kids have a ready snack for after school. Doing it this way you can have 10 portions in the fridge ready for the hungry hoards

 

Can be adjusted quite a lot to cater for sweetness and how strong you like your chocolate taste
