Citris Fresh Cheesecake
- 100 grams Butter
- 250 grams Choc Ripple Biscuits
- 500 grams Philly cheese
- 395 grams condensed milk
- 6 drops Young living citrus fresh essential oil

Recipe's preparation
- Melt butter 50deg/3min/sp3
Add biscuits, crush 30sec/sp6, scrape down sides and repeat if necessary
Add to cheesecake tin or individual servings
Without washing bowl add Philly cheese and 30sec/reverse/sp6, scrape down sides
Add essential oil and condensed milk and repeat step above, scrape down sides and repeat.
Pour over base
Top with topping of choice
