Coconut Balls

Ingredients

mixture:

  • 100 grams Marie biscuits
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 2 --- eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 150 grams dessicated coconut or coconut flour, (plus some for the coating)
  • 3 tablespoons whiskey cream, (like Baileys)

Recipe's preparation

    Coconut Balls
  1. Put biscuits in the bowl. 15 Sec. Speed 6.


    Add sugar, eggs, lemon juice, coconut flour and whiskey cream. 50 Sec. Speed 5.
    Put this mixture aside and shape into small balls.
    Roll them in coconut flour and they are ready.


    Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Tip
