      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1, Add room temp butter and sugar put in butterfly cream at 5min speed 3

    2, scrap down the side bowl set 5min , speed 3 from the hole crack in egg one by one and add condense milk and flour

    3, Seperate the batter into two portion.  

       one portion add instant coffee

       One portion leave as original

    4, Pour about 200g coffee portion into 9' (22cm) oiled tin. Cover with tin foil to prevent the water drip into the cake. Put the tin into veroma on the top of the bowl.  

    5, In the bowl fill in the hot water. Set 10min veroma speed 3

    6, continue the next original layer 200g, 10min veroma speed 3

    7, Continue until batter complete

Tip

Can add preference color to the original batter

This cake still work well if you half the ingredient
