Creamy Pineapple Paradise Dessert.

Ingredients

Pineapple Dessert

  • 440 can pineapple slices, canned, Unsweetened
  • 270 grams coconut cream
  • 1 package lemon, Jelly
  • 100 grams crème fraiche, Optional
  • 200 grams Boiling water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Add juice to hot water and stir in jelly chrystals until dissolved, set aside to cool. Chop pineapple and place in bowl together with coconut cream ( coconut milk may be substituted) and creme fraiche if using. Add cooled jelly and set to 20 seconds on speed 9. Pour into a mould or bowl cover with clingwrap and place in refridgerator to set. Decorate with fresh tropical fruit and cream if desired.

Tip

Mango may be substituted for pineapple and fresh cream for the coconut cream.

    I'd be making this today if I were not out of coconut cream.  So pleased to have found it.  You might like to look at my Pineapple Poe recipe as an alternative pineapple flavoured dessert.  tmrc_emoticons.)
