Cucumber and lemon sorbet

  • 100 g raw sugar
  • 1 lemon, Flesh only, no seeds or white part
  • 150 g Continental Cucumber, Cut into chunks
  • 700 g ice cubes
  • 1 egg white

Recipe's preparation

    Mill sugar speed 10, 10 secs
  1. Describe the preparation steps of your recipe

  2. Add all other ingredients and half ice
  3. Add all other ingredients, half of ice amount. Crush ice speed 10 for 15 secs

  4. Add remaining ice
  5. Add remaining ice, insert spatula to stir if ice doesn't rotate properly. 

  6. Serve
  7. Divide into bowls and serve

Tip

Serve with a sprig of fresh mint if desired. Less sugar can be used as suits your taste.

    This was very refreshing. Perfect to follo a creamy risotto.

     

    very mild lemon flavour, could add a second lemon. I used lebanese cucumber and it was a little watery so next time i will try deseeding.

    very yum though!
