Describe the preparation steps of your recipe
Add all other ingredients, half of ice amount. Crush ice speed 10 for 15 secs
Add remaining ice, insert spatula to stir if ice doesn't rotate properly.
Divide into bowls and serve
Mill sugar speed 10, 10 secs
Add all other ingredients and half ice
Add remaining ice

This was very refreshing. Perfect to follo a creamy risotto.
very mild lemon flavour, could add a second lemon. I used lebanese cucumber and it was a little watery so next time i will try deseeding.
