Deliciously thick Chocolate Custard

  • 310 grams Milk
  • 1 free range egg
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 tablespoons cornflour
  • 1 tablespoons Maple syrup

Recipe's preparation

  1. Measure / weigh milk in to bowl
    Add all remaining ingredients
    Time: 6-7 Minutes
    Temp: 90 degrees
    Speed: 4

    Can be made with 270g coconut milk / 40g of water for a dairy free version.

    This is quite a thick custard, adjust cornflour as needed.
