- 5 ripe bananas, sliced into coins

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Insert butterflu whisk. Place cream, vanilla essence and icing sugar into mixing and whip speeed 3, without setting a time, watching carefully to avoid over-whipping until desired stiffness is achieved. Usually aroung 20-30 sec.
Add all custard ingredients into mixing bowl and cook 10 min/90C/speed 4 .

Tip
You will need a Pyrex dish or something similar.
Sutable for both TM31 and TM5.
For best results, let sit in a refrigerator for at least 1 hour if not longer to allow the biscuits time to soften.
