- 100 grams caster sugar
- 30 grams Butter
- 500 grams Milk
- 200 grams cream
- 40 grams plain flour
- 2 egg
- 2 level teaspoons vanilla essence
- Add all ingredients cook for 10 minutes at 90 degrees on speed 4. Can be enjoyed warm or refrigerated
