      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Put all ingredients into TM, set 11 min at 90 degrees and speed 4.

    came out very thick, more like pudding consistency than custard.

  • I had the 6 egg yolks but used 500g (almond) milk...

    I had the 6 egg yolks but used 500g (almond) milk and 1 heaped tbspn corn flour and the consistency was quite good. A little bit of separation as it cooled but okay.
