  • 1000 grams goat's milk
  • 40 grams Cornflour (GF)
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Essence/Extract
  • 70 grams sugar

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add milk to bowl


    Add all other ingredients


    Cook for 9.5 minutes at 90 degrees on speed 3, using the butterfly

Tip

We use goat's milk for this recipe, as we are allergic to cow's milk.  It could be made just as easily with cow's milk though.
