  • 1 lemon, flesh only, no white pith
  • 300 grams Feijoa pulp
  • 1 egg white
  • 1000 grams icecubes
  • 50 grams dark chocolate 70%
  • grapes, to garnish

Recipe's preparation

    METHOD
  1. 1. Mill sugar 10sec/speed 10


    2. Add lemon, fruit & egg white(if using)and blend 10 sec/speed 5       


    3. Add ice and blend 1 min 30 sec/speed 9 with the aid of spatula


    3. Roughly chop dark chocolate and blend 20 seconds/speed 9


    4. Garnish with some grapes (halved) or you might like to stir some 


        through the sorbet.
