- 200 grams almonds, raw
- 10 medjool dates, pitted
- 20 grams cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence or Paste
- 1 dash Maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- --- dessicated coconut for rolling

Recipe's preparation
Starting with almonds, add all ingredients to bowl.
Blitz at Speed 8 for 10 seconds, or until desired consistency is reached.
Test that the mixture will hold by squishing a bit together. If it isn't holding, add a little more coconut oil. If adding more oil, press turbo a couple of times to incorporate into the mix.
Fill a small bowl with dessicated coconut. Use a tablespoon to scoop out the mixture. Roll into balls and then roll in the coconut. Refridgerate (if you don't eat it all!)
