Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place all the ingredients in the bowl. Blend for 40sec/speed 6. Mixture should come together when pressed with your fingers. Test the mixture by rolling into a ball. The ball should not full apart. If the mixture does fall apart, then blend for a further 10 seconds.
Transfer the mixture onto a nonstick surface. Gather into a ball, then roll out flat to approx 1/2 cm thick.
Place the rolled out mixture in the fridge for 30min.
Once 30min has passed, using a heart shape cookie cutter (you can use any small shape cutter) cut out the mixture and place on to a small tray or plate.
Store in the fridge.
