      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Banana Ice Cream
  1. 1)  The night before cut bananas into eight and place into a plastic bag and place in freezer overnight.

     

    2)  Also freeze your milk the night before into small blocks.

     

    3)  The next day place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl Closed lid.

     

    4)  Mix 10sec/temp0/speed6 using the spatula through the top of the thermomix lid.

     

    5)  Blitz for 30sec/temp0/speed10.

     

    6)  Serve straight away

If you want a stronger flavour add more banana at the start.
