      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.       If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Line large flat tray with paper

    2. Lay 1 pkt of biscuits on the tray, glaze side down.

    3. In the Tmx bowl, add cold cream, Instant Pudding mix and cold milk.

    4. Mix for 30 sec- 1 minute on Speed 4 until combined and thickened.

    5. Once thick, dollop the filling onto the biscuits, spread and smooth the top.

    6. Top with the remaining pack of biscuits, glaze side up.

    7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hr before cutting into serves.

Tip

Biscuits will soften after 2 days in the fridge.

    Unfortunately Lattice Biscuits are no longer made here in South Australia so we will resort to using pastry
