For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Blitz cornflakes 8 seconds speed 10
Clean bowl
Add all other ingredients except for rosewater 15 minutes 100 degrees speed 4.
While that is cooking heat butter in pan and toast cornflakes crumb
Add rosewater mix 3 seconds speed 6
Pour knefa mix into cups and generously sprinkle cornflakes on top.
Garnish with crushed pistachio or dried rose petals
