Recipe's preparation

    Lavender cake
  1. Prepare a cake tin 20-22cm. Grease it and sift some flour on it.

    Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.

    Beat the sugar and the butter on speed 4 till creamy - about 8 to 10sec.

    With the blade rotating at speed 4 add the eggs one by one till well mixed - about 10 sec. Scrape down with the spatula if necessary and mix once again.

    Add the dry ingredients - flour, lavender and optional vanilla. Mix atspeed 2. Add the milk and mix at speed 2.

    Put the batter in the tin and bake about 30-40mun or untill golden. Can check with a wooden stick.

    Cool about 15 min. Put some icing sugar and lavender flowers.
