Ingredients

1000 g

Sorbet

  • 60-80 g raw sugar
  • 1 lemon, cubed and frozen, no seeds
  • 3 fresh red plums, cubed and frozen, no seeds
  • 170 g lychees (tinned in juice), pitted
  • 1 egg white
  • 750 g ice cubes

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1.  Mill sugar - 10 sec / spd 9

    2.  Add frozen lemon & plums - 5 sec / spd 9

    3.  Add lychees & egg white - 3 sec / spd 9

    4.  Add ice cubes - 60 sec / spd 9. Use spatula to mix during process.

Tip

You can freeze the lychee juice in an ice cube tray and use less ice instead.
