Mango icecream

  • 300 grams frozen mango
  • 40 grams lemon juice
  • 120 grams sugar
  • 200 grams cream
  • 150 grams whole milk

Recipe's preparation

    Mango iceream
  1. 1. Add frozen or partly frozen mango and lemon juice to jug.
    2. Blend 45 seconds / speed 4.
    3. Place a bowl on the lid of the TM and weigh in sugar, milk and cream.
    4. Stir sugar, milk and cream until all sugar is dissolved.
    5. Add cream mixture to jug and mix 30 seconds / speed 4.
    6. Pour into icecream maker and churn for 20 minutes.
    7. Eat immediately or freeze for later use.

Tip

If you have an Aldi nearby try their frozen mango, I think its the nicest mango flavour availble.
