Mango Pancake

  • 240 g Milk
  • 50 g plain flour
  • 36 g custard powder
  • 36 g Corn Flour
  • 30 g icing sugar
  • 3 level tbsp Butter, Melted
  • 1/4 level tsp ground turmeric
  • 200 g cream, fresh
  • 1/2 level tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 level tsp Vanilla Paste
  • 1/2 mango flesh

Recipe's preparation

    Mango pancake
  1. Add cream, vanilla & 1/2 tsp icing sugar and whip speed 4/20 or until thick. Remove whisk and place cream in fridge until ready to roll. No need to wash bowl.
  2. Add milk, custard powder, corn flour, icing sugar, melted butter and turmeric mix speed 5.5/30 - scrap down and repeat
  3. Cook pancakes and place seperate on a plate to cool. Repeat until batter all used up.
  4. Place cream in centre and fresh mango on top and roll up. Place in fridge until ready to eat
