  • 125 g cubed butter
  • 2 tablespoons Golden Syryp
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Power
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
  • 150 g full fat milk
  • 12 teaspoons golden syrup

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add sugar to bowl mill speed 10 for 3 sec

     

  2. add butter and golden syrup cream 4 secs speed 5

  3. add ginger, baking soda, flour egg baking powder milk to bowl mix for 10 sec speed 5

     

  4. place silicone muffin cases in the varoma and varoma tray put a teaspoon of golden syrup in the bottom on the cases

    spoon a tablespoon of mixture into each case.

     

    rinse out bowl and put water in bowl place lid on without mc place the varoma tray on  Cook 18 minutes speed 3 on varoma.

     

    Once cooked turn mini ginger puds out of moulds and serve with thermomix custard drizzled over
