Batter
- 30 grams Butter
- 125 grams Milk
- 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 115 grams flour, self-raising
- 110 grams sugar
- 60 grams dessicated coconut
- 25 grams cocoa powder, 70% cocoa
Sauce
- 1 tablespoons cocoa
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- dashes Boiling water

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Melt Butter 2min/80/Sp1
- Add Milk, Vanilla, Bicarb. Mix 10sec/sp3
- Add Flour, Sugar, Coconut and Cocoa. Mix 30se/Sp4
- Scrape down the sides of mixing bowl. Mix for 30sec/sp4
- Pour into individual Dishes
- Sprinkle with a little bit of brownsugar and Cocoa.
- Pour a tablespoon of Hotwater over sprinkle mixture
- Place 500 grams of water in Mixing bowl. Place individual pdding dishes in Varoma and place varoma in correct position
- Steam puddings for 20min'Varoma/Sp3
- Serve hot with Ice cream or Cream
