      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place white chocolate to bowl. Blitz 7sec speed 8.
    2. Place into separate bowl.
    3. Break musk sticks in half and add to bowl. Blitz 10sec speed 8.
    4. Add white chocolate and all remaining ingredients to bowl. Cook 25 min, 90 degrees, speed 4.

While cooking prepare tin by either linig with baking paper, or oiling. I like to oil and sprinkle with icing sugar so it comes out easily.

    5. Once mixture finished cooking pour into tin and refrigerate.
    6. Once set, cut into pieces and serve.
