No Bake Choc Hazelnut Cheesecake
- 45 grams sugar, of choice
- 150 grams Butter
- 250 grams plain biscuits, eg marie
- 250 grams Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
- 400 grams cream cheese, softened
- 1 pinch salt
- chocolate shavings, chopped roasted hazelnuts and fresh or frozen berries, to serve (if desired)

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Add 45 gms sugar to mixing bowl and mill 15 sec/speed 10. Set aside.
- Place 150g butter into bowl and melt 3 min/60°C/speed 2 add 250g biscuits to bowl and crush 15 sec/speed 6
- Firmly press the crumb into the base of a slice form. Place into the fridge.
- In bowl add 250g choc hazelnut spread, 400g cream cheese, softened, 45 gms sugar (previously milled) and 1 pinch of salt. Mix 1 min/speed 5 or until fully combined. Empty contents onto the biscuit base in the slice form. Using a spatula, smooth the top of the cheesecake. Place into the fridge for 2 hours or until set.
- Remove from the slice form onto a serving dish or plate. Serve with scattered chocolate shavings, chopped roasted hazelnuts and fresh berries.
