If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

When serving add berries of choice to top and display on a nice cake stand.

This is quiet a rich recipe.

If you would like to make this a naughty desert, add a spoon full of fresh whipped cream to the serving plate (goes great with chocolate and berries!)

    Absolutely beautiful, I LOVE it!

Next time I will halve all ingredients for the chocolate filling as it is very rich and the cacao almost overpowers the taste of the base which is devine.

Surprised there aren't more reviews for this. Thank-you for the recipe.

Thank you so much for this recipe. So delicious! Even though this recipe makes a massive amount, I'm doing a double batch and keeping it in the freezer. Emergency cheesecake stash!

Made a half batch of this today and did individual cheesecakes....absolutely delicious!! Very rich so can only eat a small amount. I don't normally like avocado desserts but this is a winner! Thanks for sharing!
