  • 30 grams arrowroot powder

  • 1 tbsp Raw honey or maple syrup

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl.

    Cook 6 min/90*/speed 4.

     

    Serve with a swirl of additional maple syrup.

Tip

Recipe can be doubled - just add a minute or 2 extra cooking time.

1 tsp of mesquite can be added for a caramel custard for non paleo peeps!

  • I put in two tablespoons

    I put in two tablespoons instead of one and it still wasn't sweet at all.  I added a bit of coconut sugar at the end and it was nice. I also used a 400gram tin of coconut cream tmrc_emoticons.)
