Ingredients

Pancake batter

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 4 egg whites
  • 120 g Applesauce
  • 120 g plain flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Topping

  • 4 large strawberries
  • 16 red grapes
  • 4 tablespoon apple sauce (made from the Everyday Cookbook)

Recipe's preparation

    Pancake batter & topping

  1. Place all the ingredients into the TM bowl mix for 30 seconds on speed 5.

    Pour batter onto hot frypan, allow to bubble before turning over.

  2. Place strawberries, grapes & apple sauce in bowl & puree on 30sec

    speed 9-10 or until smooth.

    Serve over pancakes.
