Recipe's preparation
Grab a bowl (cereal bowl e.g) and pour in 250 g Milk and sprinkle 3 teaspoons Gelatin on top. Set aside.
Put into thermomix bowl:"Closed lid"
600ml (590g) Thickend cream, 210g Sugar and 1 Tablespoon Vanilla sugar (selfmade in Thermomix)
9mins/100 degrees /Speed 2
Add the Milk/Gelatin mix into Thermomix and cook for 1 Min/100 degrees/Speed 2.
Pour into little cups, let it cool for a bit and pop it in the fridge for at least 1.5 hours to let it set. Enjoy

Tip
