This was lovely, I followed some advice from previous posters and doubled the mint layer and added some coconut oil to the chocolate top. It was absolutely delicious. Only problem I had (and have had many times before with thermo) was lumpy melted choc?! I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I chopped up 3 mint slice biscuits and sprinkled over the slice so you couldn't notice the melted choc issue. Also added milk to bowl when done and heated 80° sp 2 for 3 mins and kids had yummy hot chocs!

Lovely. Next time I might double the mint layer. It seem to get lost. Also maybe adding something to the chocolate so that it doesn't crack.

Would I be able to add some butter or cream to the chocolate on top to stop it from setting hard? How much do you think?
