Dough
- 90 g pineapple juice
- 150 g buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 57 g unsalted butter
- 455 g plain flour
- 57 g sugar
- 1 level tsp salt
- 7 g dried instant yeast

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add pineapple juice, buttermilk, sugar and yeast to tm6 bowl. 2min/37 degree/speed 2
Add butter flour egg and salt.
Place on dough function and kneed for 10 min.
Transfer into an oiled bowl and Cover the dough and let it rise for 2 hours. - Roll dough onto floured surface and cut into doughnuts using large and small round cookie cutters.
Place each doughnut on baking paper squares (this is to help put them in the oil without touching them). - Let the doughnuts rest for another 40 minutes.
While dough is resting make the glaze by placing all the ingredients into tm6 bowl and mixing it on 5sec/speed 4 Repeat if needed. - Heat oil to 175degrees to 180degrees and place doughnuts in oil while it's still on baking paper to avoid you denying doughnuts.
Remove paper once doughnuts have slipped off.
Cook each side for 5 sec then turn over remove doughnuts when it's golden in colour.
Place doughnuts in glaze making sure it's covered on all sides then remove and place on the cooling rack to cool.
Repeat process with the rest of the dough.
Once cooled doughnuts are ready for consumption.

When adding the syrup ingredients the pineapple juice and butter curdled. I fixed this by heating the syrup in the microwave. Otherwise nice batter and syrup and happy husband
