- 150 grams Sugar (Raw)
- 150 grams Butter
- 150 grams sultanas
- 150 grams currants
- 75 grams raisins
- 190 grams Milk
- 1 litre Boiling water

Recipe's preparation
Weigh flour into bowl, add Bicarb Soda, sugar and butter. Mix 5 sec / speed 8 until mixture resembles bread crumbs.
Add remaining ingredients to TM bowl and mix 20 sec / Reverse / speed 4.
Spoon into 18 silicon patty pans or greased dariole moulds and place into varoma.
Place water into TM bowl and steam puddings for 45 min / Varoma Temp / speed 2
Remove from patty pans after 5-10 minutes.
Steam puddings in 2 batches.
