- 220g pitted dates
- 65g rolled oats
- 1 heaped tablespoon coconut oil
- 75g almonds
- 1 tablespoon tablespoon raw organic cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon teaspoon vanilla bean paste

Recipe's preparation
Method:
- Place all the ingredients, except for the dessicated coconut, into the TM bowl and process for 10 seconds/speed 7, or until mixture appears crumbly.
- Take a heaped tablespoon of the mixture and form into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Roll the balls in the desiccated coconut and store in the fridge until ready to serve.

Tip
TIP:
Can roll them in desiccated coconut and coat the protein balls with crushed nuts, cocoa or goji berries instead.
Can also add chai seeds
Check the dates, as occasionally you can find traces of pits.

Easy perfect protein balls , I added 1/2 peanut butter , 1/2 almond meal in place of the 75 g almonds. Definitely will be my go to as I can't eat seeds or whole nuts

I didn't buy enough dates so I made the difference...
I didn't buy enough dates so I made the difference up with cranberries. I had a fresh pack of cashews and used them instead. These were really delicious both rolled in coconut and also left plain. Really easy and forgiving recipe. Will make again. Thanks!

These are great! I mixed mine quite a bit longer tho as we like the almonds quite crushed and we added maybe a tbsp or more of the coconut oil (runny) so they stuck together great. awesome snack for the kiddies! Thx
