If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Place the pecans in the thermomix bowl 3 seconds speed 9
Add in the rest of the ingredients. 3 seconds, speed 9, repeat. continually stopping and scraping down sides until mixture looks consistent. Adjust the spices to tase
place in the refrigerator 30 minutes to chill
use your hands to form the dough into small balls and roll in coconut. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container
