      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place weetbix into bowl and crush speed 7/5 seconds. Set aside in another bowl.
    2. Add cup of sultanas and chop speed 5/5seconds.
    3. Add all other ingredients including weetbix and mix speed 2/Counter-clockwise operation until completely combined.
    4. Place in a bowl and into the fridge to stand for at least 1hour.
    5. Roll into bite size ball then roll through extra coconut.
