Ingredients

375 g

  • 150 grams coconut oil
  • 35 grams Cocao
  • 125 grams Peanut Butter, (Can use any type of nut butter)
  • 60 grams honey

  • 50 grams Cashews, (Can use more or less, personal preference)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put all ingredients except cashews in TM bowl.


    Cook 3min, 50 degrees, speed 2


    poor mix in to tray lined with baking paper.


    Sprinkle with cashews


    Put in freezer to set, approx 15 minutes. Once set break up & store in a container in the fridge.

Tip

You can use any type of nut butter if you don't like using peanut butter. You can also swap cashews for a different nut, dried fruit, coconut or a mix of nut & fruit.
