Raw Cashew Coconut Fudge
- 150 gram raw cashews, (soak in enough water to cover for 1 hour)
- 20 gram dates
- 10 gram coconut, shredded or dessicated
- 10 gram cacao powder
- 10 gram coconut oil
Recipe's preparation
1. weigh cashews & cover in water & let sit for 1 hour
2. add dates, coconut, cacao, coconut oil to TM bowl, blend for 10 sec, speed 10
3. transfer mixture to fridge for 1 hour to solidify
4. use hands to form small ball before rolling in extra coconut
5. freeze for up to 1 hour if you can wait that long
