    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Weigh in all ingredients except chocolate into TM bowl

    Mix on speed 8 for 20 seconds or until combined

    Add the chocolate and mix again for 10 seconds

    Press into a lined tin or roll into balls and sprinkle/roll in coconut

    Set in fridge for 1 hour
