      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Step 1: Add the Protein Powder, Dates, Peanut Butter - Mix on Speed 6 for 30 Seconds

    Step 2: Scrape down the sides of the bowl

    Step 3: Add the honey and Raw Almonds into the bowl. Mix on Turbo mode in 2 second bursts, until you are happy with the consistency. I usually do 10 bursts.

    Step 4: Check consistency, if the mix is too dry add extra honey and turn turbo pulse on again.

    Step 5: Spoon the mixture into tablespoon sized balls

    Step 6: Enjoy and store in a airtight container (usually stay good for 5 - 7 days)
