  • 150 grams sunflower seeds, 1 Cup
  • 165 grams almonds, 1 Cup
  • 140 grams cashew nuts, raw, 1 cup
  • 300 grams Dried Dates, 2 cups
  • 170 grams Dried currants, 1 cup
  • 5 grams Vanila Essence, 1 teaspone
  • 38 grams Dusiccated Coconut, 1/2 cup

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

    Method
  1. Place
    * sunflower seeds
    * almonds
    * cashew nuts
    into bowel

    Turbo / 1 sec / 5 times

    scrape down sides of bowl

    add
    * Dried dates
    * Dried Currants

    Turbo / 2 sec / 3 times

    scrap down sides

    add
    *Vanilla Essence

    mix

    20 sec / 0 / speed 7

    or until almost smooth and sticky

    roll into 30 balls

    coat with coconut

* replace vanilla with your preference - peppermint is nice as well
