      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add the dates to the mixing bowl. Chop 5 secs/sp10. Scrape down the bowl.
  2. Add the butter and melt 2mins/70*/sp1.
  3. Add in the milk, egg, sugar and flours. Mix 10secs/sp5. Scrape down the bowl and use spatula to mix in any remaining flour around the edges.
  4. Add some butter to a frypan over med-low heat. Cook the pancakes until buble start to appear then flip over and cook until golden.
  5. Optional - Serve with vanilla icecream, caramel sauce and chopped pecans.

This is quite a thick batter so cook it low and slow to avoid burning.
