  • 350 grams peeled tangerines, weight is flesh only
  • 2 large limes, flesh only
  • 2 tablespoons orange liqueur, or Kirsch
  • 1000 grams ice cubes

Recipe's preparation

    Granita
  1. Put the sugar in the TM bowl and mix until you have icing sugar (10 sec. speed 9). Mix in the tangerines, the limes and the liqueur; mix until slushy. Add 1 kg of ice cubes and mix on speed 9 for 1.5 min.


    Pour into glasses and you could top it with some chilled champagne (optional, but delicious)
